Our neighborhood is "mid-valley"..only 8 miles south of RiverRun, Ketchum and adjacent Sun Valley. The Suite is in a portion of our home which has been remodeled into a quiet, comfortable and relaxing home away from home for our guests. For this reason, we prefer no children under 4. Bike path nearby. Kitchen boasts all new appliances; Queen Suite w/tv, bathroom & walk-in closet; Living Space, open to the patio, offers a 43" TV & hide-a-bed with full-sized mattress. Being mid-valley is ideal b/c Hailey has one of the best restaurants in the valley, CK's. Ketchum and Sun Valley are unique destinations spots. The yard and the aspen grove is ideal for chatter, ponder, business, rest, or just being. A stone pathway leads you to the front door from the circular driveway and parking. A sensor light will light up your way after dark. The patio is yours to enjoy, as well as meandering through the aspens. We invite you to thoroughly enjoy this property. We require non-smoking guests. And, one dog rather than multiple. As we live in the main house, if I am in town and available, I like to welcome and briefly interact with our guests. The photos show the amenities to the Suite, including swimming pool, pickelball courts, volleyball, tennis, bike path, quiet time along the Wood River Valley. Within 4 miles north of us, we highly recommend a visit to the Sawtooth Botanical Gardens, which offers an opportunity to visit the kiosk that houses the Tibetan Prayer Wheel, one of two blessed by the Dalai Lama. It is a treat. Private car is most convenient of course. We are two minutes to the highway which gives you the choice of north to Ketchum (8 miles) or south to Hailey (5 miles). Sun Valley is just adjacent to Ketchum city center. Mountain Rides travels north and south on Highway 75. Easily accommodates your needs as well as being moderately priced. A road bike is available for your use also. We are a pet friendly property and have a large fenced yard for your furry friend to run and play. There is an additional $50 pet fee and we ask that you clean up after your pet and be mindful of his/her behavior as well as respectful to the Suite--both inside and out.
