Large 1920s house typical of Basque architecture, this house is located in the heart of the spa village of Cambo-les-Bains, 20 km from the beaches of Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Anglet. 28 km from Saint-Jean Pied de Port and 5 km from Espelette. The house has a quiet 1300 m2 garden with petanque court, ping-pong and private pool. It has a summer kitchen and 50 m2 terrace, fully furnished, which will allow you to live outside during the summer. The space The house is 500 m from Cambo city center, its shops, restaurants, etc. It is also 200 m from Colline de la Bergerie, a beautiful natural walking area through the forest. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and garden. Other things to note For rentals of less than 4 nights, sheets and towels are not provided.(Possibility to rent the complete set for a package of €50). Towels, hand towels and bath mats are provided. The house and its outdoor spaces must be returned in the same clean condition as found. (possibility of end-of-stay cleaning for €130, don't hesitate, the house is large!)
