Cigarette smoke is so hard to remove. Any evident violation that we detect upon check out will be penalized PHP 5,000 through Airbnb. We don't want the hassle of a penalty. Please just do not smoke inside. Check in & out times are usually flexible upon request & subject to availability. We have 24 hours security, CCTV with roving security guards within the entire property. Any violation will be billed for replacement (sanitary reasons): PHP500 per towel and PHP1500 bed linen. -We don't provide free parking space. Parking Fee is Php 300/night. There are free street parking at first come first served basis outside property. Streets are well lit. However, at no time can we guarantee security for any vehicle. -No pets allowed -Strictly NO SMOKING even in the balcony and toilet (penalty applies) - Durian, Marang, Jackfruit & other foods with strong smell is not allowed inside the unit (penalty applies) -Please let us know for any special arrangements or requests such as early or late check-ins/outs and we will try our best to accommodate them, again subject to availability. -We require at least 1 ID/passport copy and names all guests for security purposes.
