A unique cottage in the heart of Belfast. Fully equipped for longer stays with a large kitchen,open plan living/dining area and new luxurious bathroom (freestanding luxury bath and rainfall shower). Ideal stay for larger groups or families. The cottage is 10 mins walk to the city centre, full of attractions, restaurants and bars. Belfast bikes rental 2 mins walk from cottage. I'm a friendly host available for advice, recommendations and assistance as required. I look forward to meeting you. The space I offer a bright, spacious 3 bedroom cottage with a large outside area. It can accommodate up to 6 guests plus 2 travel cots if required. There are 2 double size bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. The home has a luxurious bathroom with freestanding bath and rainfall shower (fitted Feb 2024) plus an extra downstairs toilet. Large kitchen, with dining table. A large living room and washing facilities. Wireless internet and television. The cottage has a bus stop directly outside named after it "Kane cottage". There is a small convenience store across the road. There is a larger store a few minutes walk with an off license (wine/beer/spirits) next door. I will supply tea, coffee, bread, milk and some local treats. The cottage is perfect for cooking and spending some evenings in after a day of sight seeing. The cottage is close to Belfast Castle on cave hill which is ideal for walks and great views over Belfast and you can also pop in for a wee cup of tea or a pint of Guinness. Bus can be taken directly outside the cottage and you will be there in 11 minutes. Titanic quarter is only 2 miles away, you can access it by foot, bike rental 2 mins from house (belfast bikes)or get a bus from city centre. This area is full of history with the Titanic museum, SS Nomadic and the famous landmarks cranes Samson & Goliath. The Cathedral Quarter is 1 mile walk from the cottage. This historic trading quarter is packed full of fascinating architecture, cobblestoned streets, buzzing beer gardens and trendy warehouse restaurants. It contrasts the old with the new, with St Anne’s Square, home to the Metropolitan Arts Centre (MAC) and a piazza of welcoming eateries, alongside some of the oldest streets in Belfast. Full of colourful street art, this area of town is a buzz with music, entertainment and fun at night.
