Attic within walking distance of the sea

The attic is 80 meters from the beach and the center of Cervia is within walking distance. It offers 3 rooms: two spacious and bright double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom. It is a very bright solution with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space. It does not have a kitchen but there is a living room where you can have breakfast or snacks. There's no elevator. The ceilings are high and every room is equipped with windows. The location is great for restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The space The attic is a few meters from the beautiful beach of Cervia. It is located on the top floor of a building surrounded by greenery and offers a quiet and relaxing stay. It is ideal for young couples even with children. Fees include the provision of sheets, towels and we can provide child's camping beds. Guest access The house has a huge garden and an area where you can hang your clothes.
