A small, almost private, beach - just 9 min walk downhill on a soil path - awaits you to immerse into the turquoise Aegean waters, whereas famous Papa-Nero Beach is another 5 min walk away. The space Villa Azalea is a beautiful self-catering property, perched on the hill, right over famous Papa Nero beach. Together with neighbouring, yet independent, * Villa KAMELIA [hosting 9 guests, you can also check it on airbnb] and * Villa MANOLIA [hosting 2-4 guests, you can also check it on airbnb] they form a magic estate, with a capacity to host in combination up to 21 guests. Villa Azalea boasts a stylish living room, an open plan kitchen, four spacious bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) and ambient outdoor space. Layout The top level features the living room with its fireplace and a long dining table along with a fully equipped kitchen. On the outdoor space of this level there is a stone-made BBQ along with sitting space, under the tree shade. One level lower the first two bedrooms, with their ensuite bathrooms are located. The two bedrooms enjoy sea views and share a veranda facing the Aegean blue. On the lowest level there are two more spacious bedrooms, also with ensuite bathrooms. Other things to note ============ BEACH ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS Please use the path right outside the property (not the one passing through the lowest villa). Simply open the small wooden gate opposite the lower parking area and follow the traditional kalderimi — a natural, uneven stone-and-soil path — down to the beach. * Walking time: about 10 minutes downhill. * Many guests love its scenic, authentic feel 🌿, but it may be a little challenging for those with mobility limitations or who are not very sporty. * IMPORTANT: please wear proper shoes (trainers or sturdy sandals) — NOT slippers 👟 ============ LAUNDRY The washing machine/laundry is for the use of all villas, so it needs to get used in turns. The operating times for the laundry are from 4pm, in the afternoon, onwards, and each villa has access to it every second day, in turns. ============ PARTIES & EVENTS Parties and events are allowed, provided that there has been prior communication with the owner at the time of booking. In this case (i.e. marriage parties, christening parties, bachelor parties) special rates apply (extra charges), which will be given during our upfront communication. ============ CHECK IN / CHECK OUT We will gladly let you check in earlier or check out as late as you wish provided we do not have another booking on your dates :-). If we do however, official check in / check out times should be strictly adhered to. ============ DOWNHILL ROAD LEADING TO THE VILLA: PLEASE BE CAREFUL, the cement road taking you down to the villa is safe but quite steep.
