Villa Azalea by LAVILLAEBELLA© is a beautiful summer home, perfect for those seeking a luscious green setting with ​simple elegance and amazing views * just over the beach * a 10 min walk from famous Damouhari, where Mamma Mia was filmed * close ​to the famous picturesque Pelion villages & trails. A small, almost private, beach - just 9 min walk downhill on a soil path - awaits you to immerse into the turquoise Aegean waters, whereas famous Papa-Nero Beach is another 5 min walk away The space Villa Azalea is a beautiful self-catering property, perched on the hill, right over famous Papa Nero beach. Together with neighbouring, yet independent, * Villa KAMELIA [hosting 9 guests, you can also check it on airbnb] and * Villa MANOLIA [hosting 2-4 guests, you can also check it on airbnb] they form a magic estate, with a capacity to host in combination up to 21 guests. Villa Azalea boasts a stylish living room, an open plan kitchen, four spacious bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) and ambient outdoor space. Layout The top level features the living room with its fireplace and a long dining table along with a fully equipped kitchen. On the outdoor space of this level there is a stone-made BBQ along with sitting space, under the tree shade. One level lower the first two bedrooms, with their ensuite bathrooms are located. The two bedrooms enjoy sea views and share a veranda facing the Aegean blue. On the lowest level there are two more spacious bedrooms, also with ensuite bathrooms. Facilities: - Air Conditioning - Wifi - Parking - TVs - Inhouse laundry​ & dryer​ (in coordination with the housekeeper) - Mosquito screens on all windows - BBQ - Garden Guest access Experience and enjoy all the villa's indoor and outdoor spaces, ie. sea-view verandas, garden, BBQ and of course the small, almost private, beach downhill below the villa, leading right away first to the famous Papa Nero beach & then to Ai Giannis beach. Other things to note Check-in / Check-out Whenever possible, we’re glad to offer early check-in or late check-out if there are no adjacent bookings 🙂. Otherwise, we kindly ask that official check-in and check-out times are respected so we can prepare the villa properly for all guests. Downhill Road to the Villa The cement road leading down to the villa is safe but quite steep. If you feel your vehicle may struggle on the way back up, we recommend leaving it outside the entrance and continuing on foot 🚗🌿. Also kindly note that manoeuvre space at the parking is limited, so possibly you might be needing to go up in reverse gear. Laundry The washing machine is shared between the villas. Each villa has access every second day in rotation, starting from 4pm. This way, everyone can use it fairly and without overlap 🧺. Beach Access Guests can enjoy beach access via the traditional kalderimi path right outside the property (please don’t use the one passing through the lowest villa). Simply open the small wooden gate opposite the lower parking area and follow the stone-and-soil path down to the sea. * Walking time: about 10 minutes downhill. * Many guests love its scenic, authentic feel 🌿, though it may be a little challenging for those with mobility limitations or who prefer an easier walk. * Please wear proper shoes (trainers or sturdy sandals) — slippers are not suitable 👟. Parties & Events Parties and events are welcome, provided we arrange this together at the time of booking.
