Capità Pere is a listed property, traditional Majorcan townhouse built in the XVI century. It has been completely renovated as our own family home with lots of care to detail and to a high standard. Private swimming pool. Wonderful beaches at 15-20 minutes car drive. Walking distance to shops (bakery, fishmongers, butcher, groceries, supermarket...), charming restaurants and cafes. Wednesday evening tapas night and Sunday farmers market-not to be missed- at the townhall square. The space Structured on two levels, the ground floor is a unique space that boasts 4 totally different atmospheres, inclusive of a double bedroom (2 single beds), allowing everyone to find their favourite corner. The wonderful open plan kitchen leads to a large beautiful patio through a wall of sliding glass doors. The perfect kitchen for gourmets, where cooking becomes art while chatting to friends or family. The owner's own piano and private classical music collection is at the disposal of all those who appreciate and enjoy music. The downstairs bathroom has a large bath and a separate impressive shower that invites to relaxation. The master bedroom is on the first floor decorated with simple but exquisite taste : Queen bed . A large sitting room upstairs This space opens to a cosy terrace overlooking the village and courtyard below. The small chapel of the neighbour Convent viewed from the terrace adds a special touch to the architecture of the house. In the courtyard there is swimming-pool (5mx3mx1.20m) . A baby fence/gate to secure the front of the swimming pool is available on request . Guest access Private parking: garage with automatic door. Not wheel chair friendly due to stairs within the house Access to the whole house but two rooms upstairs which are locked for storage of the owners. Other things to note Governement tourism tax of 2€ +10%VAT/night/person over 16 during high season with a discount of 50% from day 9th of stay . Payment request will be received through the Airbnb platform once guests have checked in. Electricity charges for Air conditioning (separate meter): 0.40€/Kw to be charged at the end of the stay trough Airbnb Platform. As per Spanish Government law in force from 2025: On request by the host, guests to provide their passport details and current address as well as relationship between children and adults guests. Failure to comply with this request can result in cancellation of the stay without a refund.
