Beautiful Cygnet Lodge with outdoor kitchen

Cygnet Lodge is located in large private gardens with direct access to the shores of Upper Lough Erne. The lodge sleeps eight people plus a baby in a cot and is located between the towns of Lisnaskea and Derrylin. Cygnet Lodge is a part of Fermanagh Lodges, a portfolio of self catering holiday cottages located on Upper Lough Erne in Co. Fermanagh! The space Cygnet Lodge stands on its own lakeside site in large private gardens with accommodation for 8 people plus a baby in a cot, in four bedrooms, and four bathrooms. On the ground floor are the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, separate WC off rear hall, spacious open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave etc. Patio doors lead to the gardens where there are picnic tables, outdoor chairs and charcoal barbeque. The extensive gardens lead to the lakeshore were we offer fishing boat and engine hire. The Lodge comes with a complimentary sit on top kayaks, paddles and buoyancy aids from April to September. Upstairs the master bedroom is ensuite with a king sized bed. There is a twin ensuite room and a further twin room with a separate bathroom off the landing. A cot and high chair are available for use and there is a TV**. The lodge is equipped with all linen and towels and basic supplies such as dishwasher tablets, cling-film, tin foil etc. There is private parking for four cars with a woodland behind the house. **Please note there is no live television available in this house, only catch up and a paid Netflix and Disney Plus account is included. Guest access The house is completely self contained and private.
