We have replaced these common household necessities to more sustainable and non-toxic solutions without compromising the quality or convenience. In return we have significantly reduced our carbon footprint and waste at all of our properties. We love our environment, that's why it's important for us to do our part and choose products that support a "greener" lifestyle. You will need to be comfortable climbing stairs to access the apartment. -Guests will be able to register one vehicle for one unassigned parking spot in the building. Parking is appropriate for standard, mid-sized vehicles, not oversized vehicles. Suburbans, full-sized vans, and extended pickup trucks may have a more difficult time. There is on-street parking and a paid lot down the street. -This is an apartment in an urban location near the center of the city right next to the freeway. Many consider the location and transportation access to be desirable. We've done the best we can to insulate the apartment from sound, but if you are highly sensitive to noise, this may not be the place for you. -As part of our house rules, we require a direct email address when booking any of our properties.
