Baan Boon/ BKK oasis+breakfast/near BTS (upstairs)

We live in an organic lifestyle in Bangkok. Stay the land that's full of plants & trees. Very quiet at night yet only 5 minutes walk to the BTS (S9) This guesthouse is next to my house. This listing is on the 2nd floor. The price includes breakfast. Cleaning will be done every 7 days or halfway if the booking is longer than a week. **All bookings from Dec2025-Feb2026 Are eligible for Free yoga class every Wed & Sun 8-9 AM ** The space Our property is a 1600 sqm land. My ancestor lives here since forever. I'm the sixth generation. Some trees are more than 50 years old. The pantry, dining area and garden are newly renovated. This house in the pic is part of the land. You can freely walk around to take a look at the vegetable garden but beware of the dog (his name is Mo) This room has one king bed on the lower level and one floor mattress on the mezzanine with total size of 25 sqm. **My place is easy access but not in the city center, expected travel time to tourists spot is at least 30 min (by bus/train)** Guest access We have garden where we grow vegetables, you are invited to see them. However, please don’t go to our relatives garden next door. As of right now kitchen is not ready for guests to use, but I will provide some kitchen appliance soon. Please check with me before booking if you need more info of the appliances. During your stay I’ll be home in the morning. If I’m outside, I’ll be quite slow with text messaging. However there’ll always be someone at home all day. If you need any help, please come knock our doors. Other things to note Homestay License: 81/2562 Rental fee includes breakfast. If the stay is longer than 7 days, the Cleaning will be done every 7 days or half way of the stay if it’s less than 14 days. Extra towels and linens available upon request. Parking must be reserved in advance with additional fee of 100 Baht per day, payable in cash upon arrival. (the parking lot is not my property, you pay to the owner directly) Please beware that Mosquitoes come and go mostly in timely manner. 6-7am and 6-7pm During winter. Ant will come after food leaving open/unopened in the room Self check in is available after 10PM Early check in and late check out is subject to availability (with extra fees before OR after 12 PM). We have a place to stow luggages, feel free to leave them here before/after your check in time. Washer and Dryer is 40THB per load. Breakfast are varies; home cook from our home-grown vegetable, Thai local food stall in our neighborhood, home bake bread, etc. we serve 1 main menu a day.
