The fully equipped 70 m² apartment is newly furnished and is located on the first floor of a charming house, which is located on the sunny side of Ellmau and has a magnificent view of the Kaiser Mountains. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a large walk-in closet, a 180 cm large bed and 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with large corner bathtub, separate toilet, living room with open fireplace, combined kitchen/living room with sitting area and covered terrace. SAT TV, underfloor heating, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and washing machine are available. Baby chair and bed on request. Pets by arrangement. We charge €15 per day. For final cleaning we charge €110.00
