Modern, spacious home near all amenities shops, restaurants & pubs. Wifi & Lounge is available for guests.Close to DCU, Omni Shopping centre, Croke Park and Botanical Gardens. The room shares a bathroom with one other AIRBNB room. We have a 3rd room ensuite for rent Min Stay 2 Nights and MaxStay 21 Nights. We are not Downtown but the Airport is 15 minutes and the City Centre is 20 minutes away with frequent buses right from our front door. Breakfast is included. The space A large modern friendly home with great access to the city and country by public transport. The bedrooms are spacious and bright with central heating and Wifi access.We offer three double bedrooms to let on Airbnb and this room contains a washbasin but shares a large bathroom with one other double room. The other rooms are separately listed on Airbnb please check them out .You have the option of your own guest sitting room to unwind with Satellite TV or you can join us in the large family room with access to our garden. This part of the house is open plan and you can access the dining room where we have breakfast and also our modern kitchen. Use of the kitchen is by agreement and at an agreed time. When the weather is good you can relax in the South West facing garden with its nooks and crannies. Our house is less than 15 minutes by bus from the Airport and 20 minutes to the City Centre with frequent buses to and from our front door. If you want to be close to the action stay in the Temple Bar or the IFC areas if you want peace and quite stay in Wicklow. Free parking for 2 cars During your stay Both Maeve and Ken enjoy meeting people and as native Dubliners we will be able to give you great advice on what to do and see in our wonderful city and county. You choose the level of interaction with the hosts and the house is such that you can have your own reception room to relax or watch television. Other things to note Although we are "empty nesters" family and friends regularly call so you will probably get to meet other family members during your stay. We offer a continental breakfast.
