Between Chiado and Bairro Alto, in the middle of the Bica Tram Street, one of the most beautiful and photographed places in Lisboa, Bica Houses accommodates a set of 5 apartments in a refurbished 17th century building where we carefully provide the most exquisite service to make sure you don’t miss any splendid moments of your retreat. The Lisbon Way of Living Apartment was recently restored and the decorative project undertaken by Hoost Home Staging that stresses the contemporary nature of the revitalization of the space as simultaneously respects the old nature of the building. It is on the 4 floor, has 75 square meters, 1 living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (inside the main bedroom), 1 kitchen and a very fast fiber-optic internet connection (200Mbps). This apartment has a beautiful double bedroom with a en-suite and glass enclosed veranda where you can sit and enjoy the Lisbon sunlight, also a second comfortable and spacious twin/double bedroom, that allows different configurations. Additionally, the apartment has a living room with a sofa-bed, where you can enjoy impressive views from the french balcony over the Bica Tram and the Tejo river, a perfect connection between land and river.
