The Hemmel, Old Town Farm

Lovingly converted, pet friendly barn set on a working farm with fantastic views across the Rede valley. Open plan living/kitchen area with log burning stove and flooded with natural light. A recent addition are daily visits from our local red squirrels. Spacious and modern with underfloor heating. Tastefully furnished and decorated with bathroom featuring a walk -in shower. Sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 rooms. Large secure garden for pets NOW HAS AN EV CHARGER - usage charge, no cable The space Please note that between May and October the changeover day is a Friday and only week-long stays or more are accepted Mostly on one level with only a couple of steps up to the bathroom/bedroom area. Second bedroom can be set up as either a twin or a double. There is a large luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower . There is no bath so may not be perfect for young children. I have another holiday cottage, The Granary, also at Old Town Farm , and this has ensuite shower room and a second bathroom. Guest access Access to laundry room if required Other things to note It is a Pet friendly house and although I don't charge extra for dogs, I do request they are kept off furniture, are not allowed in the bedrooms and must be kept on a lead at all times when walking on the farm. Dogs must never be left unattended in the house unless kept in a crate and the house must be left hoovered and as clean as found please. The large private garden is securely fenced for dogs to run around but please don't leave them loose in the shared courtyard garden - my cat does not appreciate being chased!
