There are few supermarkets located near the house, as well as a lot of places with local food for affordable price. . Guest access The parking spot will be informed by the host. Other things to note Need the quiet, peaceful, no party, no fighting, no drinking for the peaceful reason. Pet is not accepted. Smoking accepted at open air balcony or terrace outside the room. The rate is included of Wi-Fi and water. The electric is excluded of 5 Baht per unit, a monthly payment for the long term staying or on the departure date by deduct from the deposit.(Effected for the rent of 5 days up). the deposit is 3000 Baht, pay on arrival by cash or through BNB.
