The large back yard provides plenty of outdoor space. The home is located just 4 minutes from the west entrance of the Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater and 15 minutes from Lake Guntersville. The space The entire home plus an attached garage is available to you. The property next door, The Winner's Choice" can be rented if your party needs extra space. It sleeps 6 as well. Guest access You will have access to a fully enclosed garage where the washer and dryer are located in addition to the entire home. Other things to note There is 96 feet of driveway that will accommodate 2 Bass boats and trucks.
