Terraced house 200 meters from the sea, for 10 people, surrounded by the greenery of the natural park of Capo Caccia, located in a residential village. Garden, barbecue, outdoor dining, furnished terrace. Olympic-size swimming pool and baby pool with sun loungers and parasols. Tennis and volleyball courts are available. Inside the village there is a restaurant, pizzeria and bar. The space The swimming pools and the beach are for the exclusive use of the condominiums, both served by free sunbeds and umbrellas and guarded by qualified lifeguards. The services are active from June to mid-September for the pool, and from June to the end of September for the beach. Beyond this period, the beach can still be used even if the aforementioned services are no longer active. Guest access The reception will take place inside the village (by telephone agreement with the owner of the property). As the house is located within a private area, in order to take advantage of the club's services such as a private beach and swimming pool, the guest must have a "member card" at a cost of 7 euros per adult (children EXCLUDED) within the second day of check-in.
