The villa is part of a 4 identical villa complex offering the exact same layout and design. E ach villa features a separate entrance and a private pool, ensuring complete privacy. Reservations may be distributed based on availability, and each villa remains 100% private during your stay. Other things to note We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
