Guesthouse in Perry

This space is in the perfect location--10 minute drive to the Letchworth State Park, and one mile to Silver Lake, walking distance to the downtown area of Perry. 15 minute drive to SUNY Geneseo. Apartment has parking and great amenities. High speed WiFi is available! The space This area is great for all seasons. Letchworth State Park has tons of hiking, views, activities. The Perry entrance is super close to the apartment (maybe 5 minutes). We can direct you when you arrive. Entrance is free before 9am and after 5pm, otherwise it is $10 for a day pass (during the season--May to mid-October, off season is free entry) The apartment is literally up the street from the downtown corridor of Perry with: -Silver Lake Brewing Project: the beer is phenomenal, but try it yourself! You won't be disappointed. -Genesee Pilates & Yoga: great studio for reformer and mat Pilates or yoga drop in classes. -Arts Council of Wyoming County: art gallery open to public -an awesome Farmer's Market on Main street every Saturday from 8:30-12:30 from June through September -much, much more (just ask!) Silver Lake is a quick drive (or bike/jog--we can tell you how to get there!) There is a public beach, the Charcoal Corral (with ice cream/pizza/drive-in movies/mini golf/summer concerts), and more (again--just ask us!) Pets are not allowed due to potential allergies Guest access You have full roam of the apartment and access to the parking spot next to the entrance for the duration of your stay. Check out the spectacular view of the Genesee Valley from the backyard, the highest point in the village. Benches are available to relax and soak up the beauty. Other things to note There is no AC, however we have several tower fans and windows open nicely for air flow (especially in the evening when it cools.) The heat is also adjustable in the colder months, just contact us and we will help you :) We ask you not to bring pets because of the potential issues for future guests with allergies. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are happy to refer you to nearby kennels.
