Or ask about our external towel provider who can supply these. - Mostly a no pet policy however small dogs will be considered (please ask). - Wood fireplace upstairs not in use for guests. - This house is not available for parties or very large groups. - Smaller groups accepted if they confirm they will look after the house. - Numbers booked to stay at the house must not exceed that number - either during the day or at night. - Check in 3pm and check out 10am. During winter months these times may be check in 2pm and checkout 11am (based on bookings). - Preferred: 2 or 3 night bookings on long weekends. 2 or 3 night bookings over Easter and Australia Day, 4 night bookings during October Moto Grand Prix. Shorter stay requests are ok when 1 or 2 nights are available in the house calendar, please ask. - We have an external security camera facing the front yard and front door, direction pointing away from the house.
