'Walgooan' Self Contained Cottage

Situated on 40 acres of land with uninhibited views, in close proximity to Wineries and Wollemi National Park but only a mere 3 km from the town of Rylstone, 10min to Lue bike track, 30min to Mudgee and 25min to Bylong. Walgooan offers the perfect base to relax and enjoy the wonders the Rylstone region has to offer. The space It is a comfortable, self contained cottage with air conditioning and a fireplace, spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is also a BBQ. It has two bedrooms with queen beds in each room. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub plus there are two separate toilets. There is also a pull out sofa bed within the lounge and a fold up bed if required. All linen and towels are supplied. Guest access Guests are able to access the whole house.
