L'école buissonnière 💼✏️📚 in the heart of Old Lille

Ideally located in Old Lille 👌 The space If you have kept your childish soul, come and do the buissonnière school… Our studio is located on the 3rd and top floor (NO ELEVATOR and spiral stairwell) of a small condominium of 5 apartments and a pretty shop. You will not have the noise pollution of the street because it is located at the back, on the courtyard side. The highlight of this studio is its location. It's hard to do better! Located on one of the prettiest streets of old Lille with its chic shops and nice restaurants. In the morning to get fresh bread, you just have to go down and cross the street, the Paul bakery is just across the street! Sleeping in 140 is on the mezzanine (be careful, to avoid confusion, I specify that you have to be a little agile to access it 😅 height -1.80 and staircase a little steep). The bed is composed of a mattress on a slatted bed base and enhanced with an Emma mattress for extra comfort😉. There are blackout blinds on each skylight. You can use a Nespresso machine (I have 2 capsules available), an electric kettle, a toaster, an oven and microwave combination. The bed will be prepared for your arrival and you will have towels (shower sheet and small towel) as well as shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer. Just so you know, our building located in the historic district is old, that's what makes it charming, and you should know that the interior partitions are also period so the soundproofing goes with it;-) also, please respect the neighbors in the commons as well as in the studio. For your arrival, you call me and I simultaneously open the doors of the building remotely and you will find a key box near the studio door (you will receive the exact steps to follow 2 days before you arrive).Thesummer I leave two large air fresheners in the main room and on the mezzanine and I lower the outdoor sun blinds on the velux😉. Other things to note Please let me know approximately your arrival time (from 2pm), so I know what time to prepare the studio for you and do not miss your call when I should open you remotely. I also remind you that I offer guests the opportunity to enjoy the studio until noon and welcome them from 14:00 so they can make the most of it: Which leaves me just a 2 hour beat to clean and straighten the studio (difficult to do better!🤨). In the morning I have imperatives that prevent me from making myself available for cleaning. Also you will understand that a check-in before 2 p.m. is not possible, nor to drop off your luggage because it is imperative for me that the studio is put back in order and clean for your arrival but also that I can make an inventory after the departure of the previous guests. If you want to lighten your luggage, I can recommend the "Nannybag" site which offers luggage at merchants close to the studio. On the other hand, I do not ask for a cleaning fee but I thank you for leaving the studio in the condition it was in when you arrived, doing your dishes, storing them and removing the sheets from the bed (for info the sheets are washed at 60 degrees but I do not iron them 😇). And above all, do not smoke in the studio, I will be uncompromising on this.
