Villa Tortorelli - Entire Villa in the Center with Swimming Pool

Exclusive liberty villa with pool in Florence's historic center. Access from Piazza d'Azeglio, one of the most elegant squares of the city. Private pool included, open from April until October. Villa Tortorelli is located just 10/12 minutes on foot from Florence's duomo. The villa, entirely frescoed, is furnished with 18th and 19th century Italian antiques and offers the possibility of internal parking ( 5 cars). The Villa is exclusively for you! The space The Villa Features 12 bedrooms for up to 24 guests, each with its own exclusive bathroom, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 panoramic terrace, a garden, 1 kitchen, an elevator ( lift) and up to 5 parking spaces. The villa features a private big pool in the garden open from April to October. Pool time are the following: from 10 AM to 10 PM each day. Last access to the pool is at 9:30 PM. The pool is not heated. The villa and the pool is exclusively for your own use, however please note that parties of any kind are absolutely not allowed and music is not allowed both inside and outside. This is because we are in the historic center of Florence and there are other buildings nearby. The swimming pool can be used from 9 am to 9 pm every day from April until October. Guest access PARKING: On site parking for up to 5 vehicles available on request. Electric vehicle charging station! The property is located in the historic center of Florence, therefore in the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area). I will take care of the permit to enter the ZTL for every car ( up to 5). If you plan to just visit the city of Florence you would not need to move your car as everything is reachable by a 10/15 minute walk. At the same time Villa Tortorelli is perfect if you are looking for a "headquarter" for your visits to the Tuscan countryside! It includes change of towels and bed sheets once a week. Frequent bedsheets changes and cleaning during the stay available for a fee. Breakfast can be added on request at least 72h prior at a cost of 15 euro per person. For safety reasons, although the villa is fully and privately at your disposal, a staff member will be present and will stay overnight in a separate and dedicated section of the villa (on a reserved floor). The staff member will be available for 8 hours a day, included in the villa’s price, but is not authorized to cook. If you would like lunch or dinner service, or Tuscan and Italian cooking lessons in the villa, we can arrange it through an external catering service we collaborate with. Alternatively, you are welcome to choose your own catering service, provided they are licensed. Feel free to contact us for more details! Security: doorman at the entrance of the palace available from 9 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM until 7 PM. Three security gates, 5 cameras in the garden and 1 camera at the entrance of the villa. Absolutely no security cameras in the common areas in the villa and the bedrooms. Cameras are only looked at in the event of an incidents. Automatic video deletion every 48 hours. Extreme Privacy, the villa cannot be seen from any street nor the square where it is accessible from. All outdoor spaces of the booked facility may not be for exclusive use as they may be used by the staff of the accommodation due to prearranged maintenance purpose Party: absolutely not allowed. No music allowed both indoor and outdoor. No screaming or shouting in outdoor spaces (garden, terrace and access street of the villa). We ask you to carry your own bag and not to drag it on the small private street leading to Villa Tortorelli ( approximately 20 m / 60 ft) This is because we are in the historic center and there are buildings nearby where people live.
