Very simple: 10' x 14' indoor space w/ sleeping loft, new FULL private bathroom w/in 110 ft of cabin, wi/fi, electric heater is 4000 watts, comfy queen bed, towels and sheets provided. 5 windows/screens, 2 fans, small fridge, induction cooktop with pots/pans, hot outdoor shower during warmer months, too; filtered well water. 11 min to AVL (Uber does come here). (Note: Host has requested 3-day minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas weekends/(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). rustic cabin with main living space and loft & front porch. 70 feet from main house; so very accessible, but quiet/private. Enjoy tree-top views and lots of singing birds. Private, covered porch with rockers, kitchenette w/ table, hammock and fire pit/grill. Swannanoa is halfway between Black Mountain (2 new breweries) and Asheville (24+ breweries). NEW free-standing private FULL bathroom, covered porch, hose @ cabin for fresh/filtered water, wi-fi, electricity, 4000watt/240 volt electric heater, small refrigerator. Induction hotplate (no stove/oven), daybed for naps, outside fire pit available & small grill. Dedicated parking space with easy egress, Private setting. Only as much as needed... do your own thing but call/text us if necessary. we live on premises. Will orient you then leave you to it! Wifi available in cabin. quiet, private, 180* views a lot of the year, close to downtown AVL (11 min) & Black Mountain (6 min). Warren Wilson College is just over the highway and great for hiking along the Swannanoa River. Black Mountain has two breweries now and AVL has too many to count! Swannanoa has one cool restaurant, an Ingles and several coffee shops. must have car, 11 min to downtown AVL. 6 min to Blk Mtn. Lone Wolf is off of the Buckeye Cove area which is a 3 mile "circle" and good for biking/running. UBER is available. Closest hike is an easy one along the Swannanoa river (about l.5 miles from the cabin) Comfortable, charming cabin. NO PETS. We have chickens (please do not feed). You should plan to bring some dry wood for fire pit. Not safe for children under 12 y.o.
