This is a small bright room with very comfortable full size bed if you can forget the cars passing by. My dream is to own a hotel but I find it too ambitious given how hard it is to run an Airbnb so I set up in way I find it practical and as best I could. There’s a long hallway where rooms are on both sides of the walls. The bathroom is shared with 1 room. Owning a house comes with constant repairs. Noises are expected especially in emergencies. Parking is on a first come first serve basis The space Airport pickup is $150 AirPort drop off is also $150 anytime. Please arrange in advance. 10 people conference room dining table. The space is shared with other guests (4 maximum unless more with permission) The common spaces are the kitchen and living room/dining room. Please keep them clean. If you noticed, the Checkout is at 9 a.m. as I need to clean before I go to work. Absolutely no smoking inside and on the porch. No cigarette butts in the garbage. Please do not bring your weeds inside or they will smell all around the house. Owing a house means constant repairs or anything to everything. Every now and then there’s a construction noise. I’d like to work around your schedule to accommodate you if possible depending on the urgency of the matter. Parking is on a 1st come 1st served basis, usually this is not an issue as many guests use public transportation. We can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. There is a complete set of dishes and utensils in the kitchen anytime. Please clean after yourself and put back after use for the next guest to use leisurely. Guest access Prefer 1 person per room, additional person is $72 per person per night and only allowed after given written permission by host. During your stay Rare. I respect my guest’s privacy. However, I will try to respond as soon as possible if you need anything. I have a cat downstairs separate from my Airbnb guests space and she likes to follow me upstairs when I pickup the dirty laundry. I do not allow pets from my guests though. My work schedule is hectic. I am not seen as much when there are guests around to respect their privacy. However, I can be reached anytime and accommodate your needs in a timely manner. Other things to note Please make sure you put the key where you found it. Any lost key is $100. Any lost keychain is $35. Strictly no smoking. Please do not bring your weeds in my home as the smells is very strong around my house. I have 2 cats downstairs separate from the guest space. I don’t accept your pet in the guest area. If you’re allergic to cats, please do not reserve or you won’t be refunded if you cancel.
