Our guests are greeted with bright blue arched wooden gates leading to a cobblestone walkway to the guesthouse. This private guest house in Ilica is newly renovated, has many amenities, and is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Guest house is situated on the back of the main house and it’s VERY IMPORTANT to understand that some outdoor areas may be shared and guests have to be respectful to each others time and space. As mentioned in the details, there’s no stove for cooking in the guest house. The space This guest house is cozy and small, but extremely functional and fully equipped with brand new furniture and household items. The main bedroom holds a queen size bed with extra room to keep your things. The bathroom features a full size marble shower and whitewashed handmade shelving to hold all your personal items. The main living area includes a small fridge, microwave, tea kettle, plates, cups, mugs, washing machine (Please note that there's no stove top for cooking, only microwave for heating food). The sofa in the entrance area opens up to a double bed (the daybed shown in the picture had been changed to this more oractical and comfortable sofa). The living area also includes a small round table and two chairs, which you may prop outside to drink your tea or enjoy a meal. The location is ideal for visitors. The closest beach is a mere 3 minutes walk, and more popular beaches are only a 5-20 minute walk depending on your preference. The neighborhood has a park, several cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a walkway leading to hot springs, and access to public transporation. All windows use an electrical shutter system and the property is gated and extremely safe. We are excited to host you! Guest access Guest house and the deck area that’s facing the back of the main house is reserved for guest house use when occupied. Outdoor shower is used by all guests. Other things to note First holiday of the summer is in June (Ramazan Bayrami) and the town will become very festive and almost all lodging is booked way in advance. The second holiday (Kurban Bayrami) is on Secind half of August and same concept applies here. If you are looking for a relatively more quiet time, it's wise to avoid these weeks as Cesme’s population quadruple. Registration Details 13-5493
