The Hayloft bedrooms are ideal for a family; it consists of two inter-connecting bedrooms and one private bathroom. There are tea/ coffee making facilities and a microwave available on request. (Note: the Hayloft bedrooms are let together as one family unit and you will not be sharing with other guests) There is a small freeview TV and free WiFi; it has been newly carpeted throughout ( so no wet shoes please!) The space Situated next to a working dairy farm, The Granary is a converted stone barn from the 1700's in a very peaceful rural location with ample private parking. We are only a few minutes from M4 motorway, Newport railway station, Caerleon, Velodrome at Newport International Sports Village, the new International Conference Centre and the Celtic Manor Resort. - 25 minutes from Cardiff city centre and the Millennium Stadium. Guest access The Hayloft ( 2 bedrooms and one bathroom) is situated all on the first floor over the west wing of The Granary, with its own private staircase. It has been newly carpeted throughout ( so no wet shoes please!). Access is through the main hall. Guests may use certain areas of our large mature gardens and separate paddock, which has seating. Outdoor dining can be arranged on request. During your stay We live at this property and are always at hand to help, offer advice on where to eat or where to visit, maps etc. This is our home not a hotel, so we ask you to respect this, and if you're nice to him, Brian may also offer to give you a lift to your event so you may enjoy a drink without driving! Other things to note We have 3 units to let at our property, called The Granary, ( The Hayloft, The Snug and The Cwtch), but the online Airbnb calendar may say we are full when only the first room has been booked , so please email us to check.
