A large comfortable room with Double divan ; minutes by the River Thames The house is in a unique location, 7 mins walk to Kingston Town Centre & Train station. Direct train just 30 mins to London Waterloo. Near Hampton Court, Kingston University. House in quiet residential road. Free parking after 6.30pm. The space The rooms on Offer:- Twin bedroom (10 sq .m ) with 2 comfortable divan single beds sleeps up to 2 person. Color TV with DVD in room Bathroom/shower. adjacent to the rooms is for the sole use of the guests not sharing with owner. Linen & Towels, Toiletries, Hairdryer, Curling Tongs are provided Laundry service if required by prior arrangement at extra cost. The house is fitted with smoke alarms on all floors and Gas Safe certified. Guest access -Tea/Coffee & a kettle in the guest room. -For Health & Safety reasons cooking is NOT permitted in the bedroom. -Bed linen and towels provided are changed weekly. In general, the use of the communal space is not included within the cost of renting the room. The rental is best viewed as renting the room alone. FREE - WIFI FREE PARKING: 06.30pm - 08.30am, At other times Resident Permit can be arranged at extra cost £4 per day per car. Use of Kitchen is not permitted but meal plans for breakfast or dinner can be arranged at a very fair price. During your stay We are experienced hosts (CRB Checked) and often host discerning overseas visitors or young people on language courses, work experience, job interviews, business trips as we are located so conveniently for Kingston University; Kingston College; Kingston Hospital; The White Lodge - Royal Ballet School at Richmond Park. We prefer to take in guests for a minimum of 1 week if possible but a few nights is fine. We are ideally located for anyone looking for a really nice place to stay without the price or restrictions of a hotel room. We are free to Chat but if you prefer not to it is not a problem.
