Our immaculate family caravan with distance sea glimpses from the outdoor decked area and open plan lounge, is set on a slightly elevated pitch within the Redcliffe area of the park. Cosy and warm when required with full central heating and constant hot water. WIFI is available throughout but is provided by the park directly - therefore we cannot control any service issues - however these are usually remedied very quickly by the site. The space The caravan is accessed via 4 steps and gate to a sunny south westerly facing decked verandah with outdoor lighting, table and seating to enjoy alfresco dining or sundowners. Enter directly into the open plan kitchen lounge and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked with full size fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, wine rack, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and all essential cutlery/crockery and glassware. There are empty cupboards and shelves for your food. The dual aspect lounge has west facing views across the decked area to the sea and across the park to see the sun set behind Jordan Hill. Within the lounge there are 2 sofas (one being a double pull out sofa bed) a 40" Samsung TV and Sony DVD player & ambient flame electric fire. The double master bedroom has wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets, overbed storage, a dressing table & drawers and it’s own en-suite with toilet & washbasin. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds a small wardrobe & overbed storage. Off the hall is a family bathroom with double shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. There is a portable electric fan for the summer months and clothes airer for drying swimwear (stored within the master bedroom wardrobe). Guest access All areas of caravan are available to use - our own things are stored in a locked storage container outside the caravan. Other things to note Price includes passes to entertainment facilities but excludes swimming pools and gym access - 1 day, 4 day or weekly passes can be purchased directly from Bowleaze Cove leisure centre reception if desired. Pillows and duvets provided - please bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases) and your own bath and swim towels. A key release form which requires full names of all guests plus vehicle registration will be issued at least 10 days prior to your arrival date
