110 sqm apartment with seaview and two balconies

The apartment is spacious and stylish - yet cozy/relaxed. You will of course love the two balconies in each end of the apartment were you will find the sun almost all day, and you will also love the big livingroom with the nice kitchen/dining area and the big couch area with Netflix on the TV. The apartment is perfect for families/couples visiting Aarhus together, and the apartment is located close to city center and multiple water activities (bathing bridge, water ski, Stand Up Paddle etc) The space The livingroom has a nice and cozy dining area and couch area with 6 seats. The Masterbeedroom has a kingsize bed (180 cm wide) and own bathroom with shower/toilet. The other bedroom has a double bed (140 cm wide). In the last room we have a working space with table, chair, screen etc. and in here we can set up a large luxus airmatress (approx 160 cm wide) if needed. These two rooms have their own shared bathroom with shower/toilet and washing mashine/dryer. Feel free to use. The balconies are furnished with stylish and relaxed furniture (6 seats total, feel free to relocate them if needed) ready for you to enjoy a cold drink or hot meal with the nice sea view. We also do have a parasol for you to use incase the sun gets too hot. Guest access Busstop just 3 minutes of walking from the appartment - the bus drives to city center where you can connect to other busses. The electrical tram (in Danish "letbanen") stops about 10 minutes of walking from the apartment and can take to in different directions. Different parking possibilities - payment parking in the parking bacement, timelimited (but free) parking in the neighborhood. Other things to note Please note that it is not allowed to through parties etc. in the apartment.
