This is the first floor of a new construction home, tucked in a quiet neighborhood just over 3 miles from Beaver Stadium. Penn State campus and downtown State College are also a quick drive away. Enjoy an open floor plan that includes a beautiful kitchen, dining area and living room. There is plenty of space for guests, including a primary suite, 3 additional bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms. The space The space includes a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar island, a large dining room table and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and TV. The primary suite features a king bed, while the other bedrooms contain a king bed, queen bed and four twins. A deck off the back of the kitchen/dining room area is perfect for watching beautiful sunsets over the central Pennsylvania mountains or for grilling your favorite meal. Guests will also have access to a washer and dryer in the laundry room and the playset and trampoline outside. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire first floor of the home. The door to the basement will remain locked during the stay.
