Guest access The living room has a sofa bed and a large table for eating. The apartment's location is near La Latina and Plaza de Tirso de Molina with excellent transport connections by subway, bus and train. The neighborhood is full of bars, restaurants, and local shops offering a multitude of options for eating and shopping. At the common entrance of the Building (Portal) as a security method there are 2 security cameras. If you want to enjoy Madrid to the fullest, in the heart of its cultural, historical and leisure scene but without giving up all the amenities, this apartment will more than meet your expectations. Other things to note This apartment is rented EXCLUSIVELY for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. This is not a home for tourist use. The rental is intended for work, study, cultural, family, religious, health, or other justified personal reasons other than tourism. To make the reservation, it will be necessary to sign a seasonal lease and provide documentation proving the reason for the stay. We welcome you in person. Regular check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm. After 9:00 pm and until 11:00 pm there will be an additional charge of €30, from 11:00 pm and until 1:00 am the next day there will be a charge of €50, payable by the guest at the time of key delivery. This is understood to be upon arrival at the apartment and not at the train station, airport, bus, car, etc. We offer early check-in and late check-out at no charge, subject to availability in the apartment. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Under penalty of the competent authorities and will give the right to CANCEL the reservation without any compensation for the client. In the event of a stay of more than 30 days, a deposit of 2 months must be delivered, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage caused.
