Charging TV / DVD / Chromecast Guest access We will advise guests of access details by email prior to arrival. Guests are very welcome to walk around our property for extended views to Mt. Stanley Tower or to view the sunrise or moonrise. Our property faces north and east, and extended views to south and west are possible from the top of our hill, behind the Cottage. Other things to note Our Cottage is environmentally friendly and does NOT have air-conditioning. There is an overhead fan and a 'desk' fan for cooling and a wood-fired heater and electric Nobo heater (bathroom) for heating. Please don't feed our geese or any of the native birds/animals that share our property. Please let us know if anything is broken so it can be replaced for future guests. For best results when using the (front loading) washing machine, don't overload the machine, it's better to do a couple of washes than putting too much in the machine at one time (instruction manual next to washing machine). There are a few different types of laundry washes, liquid and powder - all are eco-friendly. There are two clothes racks located next to the washing machine or you are welcome to use our clothesline (Hills Hoist). Definitely no smoking inside the Cottage. Ashtray and large, comfortable seating area on the protected verandah for guests who wish to smoke.
