Recently renovated vacation condo on North Beach. Full ocean view from your patio and you have gated beach access. Stroll along the boardwalk to restaurants, the USS Lexington, and the Texas State Aquarium. A five-minute drive across Harbor Bridge takes you to the marina, downtown Corpus Christi, Whataburger Field, Hurricane Alley water park, and museums. Padre Island is 25 minutes away. We completely renovated this beachfront view condo and we mean full beachfront. Nothing blocking the view. Steps away from the beach. You have private beach access. Absolutely fabulous small 420 sq ft condo. The kitchen is beautiful with new granite counter tops and glass back splash as well as new cabinets, new sink .....etc. All small appliances, pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware etc are provided and you have everything that you can possibly need, including spices if you are wanting to stay in and cook while you enjoy the full beach view. We have coffee, sugar and coffee mate so you don't have to drag it along. The bathroom has a fully tiled walk in shower that is big enough for at least two with an awesome shower head as well as a separate hand held shower for rinsing off feet and kiddos and the built in seat is a luxury bonus. We provide shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. We also have a blow dryer available. The whole condo is tastefully updated. The living / eat in area has a super comfortable queen size futon that opens to sleep two. Full Stove and microwave in kitchen and the refrigerator with freezer is large enough for your food and beverages. Sleeping arrangements are a queen size bed in the bedroom. Hallway has built in bunk beds with mattresses that are intended for youth / children. They are not big enough for adults or large teens. Futon sleeps two. The condo can hold a max of 4 adults. This is a condo association regulation. We have a Graco Pack n Play available for the teeny ones. Don't hesitate to book our condo. You won't be disappointed. The complex itself had a lot of Hurricane Harvey damage so there is ongoing repair going on. But nothing to upset your fabulous beach vacation. Also, there is ongoing construction going on as there is a new bridge being built, but the access roads and exits are easily accessible. You will have full access to the condo and all the facilities provided by the complex. They have a 24 hour front office. There is also a community / reading room where you can borrow books. You will also have access to two pools, one at our building (three) and another at building one. Both are heated. App controlled washers and dryers are located on every floor. Plenty of onsite parking We are available 24/7. We are only a phone call away as we live in Portland, right over the bridge. If it's not an emergency, please don't call after 10 pm. Within walking distance (10 minutes) of the Lexington and the State Aquarium There is a $15 nonrefundable fee due at check in. This is for parking pass and beach access. The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning so please leave the condo in good condition. Absolutely no smoking. Please rinse sand off including toys when coming in from the beach. Please don't leave the shower full of sand. No Pets! This is a condo regulation. I can't waive it. 4 adults only allowed. This is also condo regulation. I can't waive it. If there are spills on the floor or cabinets, please clean them up. Before checking out, please take out the trash and wash all the dishes and put them away.
