Guest access Chania – Almyrida From the highway heading from Chania to Rethymno, turn right at the exit to Kalyves, about five minutes after the intersection for the village of Kalami (about 30 minutes by car from Chania airport or about 10 minutes from the port of Souda). Immediately after exiting the highway, turn left towards Kalyves (under the bridge). Follow the signs to Almyrida (about five minutes). If you have taken a bus – KTEL, inform the driver to make a stop at "Kalives". From there you can call the local taxi to pick you up and take you to our apartments. Heraklion – Almyrida If you are coming from eastern Crete (e.g. Heraklion to Chania) turn right at the exit for Kalyves immediately after the church of Agios Raphael (30 km after Rethymno).
