Sardinia Gold is a perfectly located apartment, with private garden, an amazing patio, a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. (NO HEATED) You can take advantage of the beautiful garden for sunbathing on the two sunbeds that are for your exclusive use. The pools are condominium, but normally there is no one because everyone loves the sea of Sardinia. The apartment has automated windbreaks and Wi-Fi. Beaches are very close by walk. Palau harbour to Maddalena few minutes by walk. The space The apartment is equipped with amazing and countless COMFORTS : air conditioning, smart TV 55” with Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dish washer, electric and microwave, bed and bath linen, pool and sea towels, two beautiful bathrooms with big showers, swimming pool and jacuzzi (no heated), a very big and well equipped kitchen, interior end exterior parquet, sunbeds, a beautiful patio with sofas and a big table for unforgettable dinners. The house is suitable for families with small children: we provide stroller, babycot, high chair, baby bath. We also provide beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach bag. You can park your car in the private garage. Guest access It is possible to access the property from two different gates: one on Via Arcipelago 15, and the second one on Via Santo Stefano. Other things to note Palau is the name of the town and the address is Via Arcipelago, 15. Olbia is the nearest airport (50 minutes), prices include water, gas, electricity, bed and bath linen, pool and sea towels, crockery, checkout cleaning. Keep in mind that we don’t have a 24 hours reception, so the arrival time you provided is the one which will serve our Manager Mr Alessandro as a reference to assist you. The airport and harbour of Olbia is about 50 minutes from Palau, calculate an hour more if you have to rent a car. A cot, high chair and stroller for your baby are available on request for free. The swimming pool is suitable for swimming from May to October. Lifeguard is present from 9 am to 11 am, so during the rest of the day, every guest has the responsibility for himself and for their own children. Extra cleaning service is available on request, during your stay. Education and respect are the basis of everything. It is not allowed to play football in the garden, to take dips and use inflatables in the pool, and you can’t make any noise before 9 am and after 10 pm, and between 1pm and 3 pm, Italians love their siesta. It isn’t possible to eat or drink in the common garden and in the pool. In the pool area the condominium requires the use of white towels (provided). The proper separation of the garbage is very important, they give us heavy fines if you don’t respect them. For all other informations on arrival will explain everything.
