Leda’s Biennale Home, Bright with a Terrace

Typical family-run Venetian home, located in the characteristic Castello district. Its central location allows you to easily reach major attractions on foot, such as St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, and it is only 5 minutes from the Biennale. For the safety and comfort of our guests, all surfaces in the apartment are sanitized with alcohol- and bleach-based products. All household linens are washed at 60°C with sanitizing and disinfectant laundry products. The space Bright recently renovated 50 m² apartment located on the top floor, with a terrace and air conditioning (2 units/splits). It is composed as follows: • Living room with a sofa bed (140×200 cm) and TV • Spacious bedroom with the option of one double bed (160×190 cm) or two single beds, a six-door wardrobe, and a table with a workstation • Separate kitchen equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, kettle, pots, various utensils, and a pantry with basic food supplies • Dining area separate from the kitchen • Bathroom with window including sink, toilet, bidet shower, and shower box (90×70 cm) (provided with hairdryer, towels, and soaps) • Sunny terrace with a view, equipped with an electric sunshade, table, and two chairs The apartment also includes free Wi-Fi (fiber connection), 2 air conditioners with heat pump, independent heating with radiators in every room, and a ceiling fan. Guest access The building consists of only two apartments, both owned by us. The apartment we offer is completely independent and for the exclusive use of guests, including the terrace. Each apartment has a separate entrance with its own door and dedicated keys. Guests access their apartment directly through a private door, without having to share any spaces with others.
