This retirement house for two New England snowbirds is your treat in Atlanta. A midcentury home that’s been redecorated and updated with modern, stainless steel appliances, and design flourishes. 12 min to Atlanta International Terminal and 20 min to the Domestic Terminal, this is the perfect home for travelers/tourists. The neighborhood of Forest Park is only 30 min to Midtown & 20 min to Downtown. Includes complimentary breakfast station. Please read all house rules before booking. The space Enjoy this stylishly fun and comfortable home located at the end of a wooded neighborhood. Feels private on the back side of the house. Stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, streaming tv channels, and parking for several cars. Outfitted with exterior security cameras. Feel a part of nature on your stay, listen to the birds chirping, with a short commute to the city and just minutes to the airport. Please read all properly descriptions/details before requesting to book, thank you. Guest access Guests have full privacy as the only occupants of the house. Guests have access to the main floor which has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with full bathtub and shower), a livingroom, and a kitchen. The back of the house faces a wooded area so there are no buildings within 200 feet behind the property. Property limited to 5 approved guests per stay, and no unapproved parties. Please read all properly descriptions/details before requesting to book. Other things to note *Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement/Lease before arriving at the property and show valid ID of everyone on reservation. As hosts/landlords we reserve the right to require proof of income, references and security deposit and to decline prospective guests because of this information. Pricing is set and not up for negotiation. Please no smoking inside, ashtray provided for outside. A fee(s) will be charged if evidence/smell of smoke in interior of home. No parties, loud nuisances that would disturb neighbors. This home has an induction stovetop and convection oven. Full instructions are posted in kitchen. Lost keys incur a fee of $300. Security camera devices must be left in place (all facing away from home on outside of house.) Keep car locked and don't leave valuables in your car. Only 3 cars allowed to be parked at the house at a time. House doors must remain locked at all times after entering or leaving the home. Blinds should remain closed and windows must remain locked when not present and at nighttime. No pets allowed. No more guests allowed than on the reservation: we monitor cameras. A $500 fee per day/per person will be applied for unapproved guests. Washer & Dryer available to our long term guests.
