In the heart of Madrid! A nice, newly renovated apartment next to Plaza Mayor, near Puerta del Sol and in the mythical La Latina neighborhood, in the Historic District. It has two bedrooms with a double bed each, a living room with a sofa bed, very comfortable, a kitchen and a bathroom. Fully equipped and ready to enjoy a wonderful stay in this city. If you read the reviews I have, you'll realize you're not wrong in choosing my apartment. The space VERY IMPORTANT! This apartment is not a tourist home, it is not rented for tourist or vacation reasons. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, business, studies, health, family visits, conference attendance, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract upon arrival, which will reflect the conditions thereof, mainly the day of arrival, the day of departure and the price, basically what they accept on Airbnb. It is located on a 3rd floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, but this is offset by its almost unbeatable location, which will allow you to walk around the center of Madrid. There is also the subway and several bus lines within a minute's walk. Check-in (key handover) is not allowed on December 25, nor on January 1 due to the cleaning staff's rest period. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed each, the beds measure 135 cm x 190 cm. Living room with comfortable sofa bed for 1 person to sleep, kitchen and bathroom. I have a crib available for a baby to sleep in with bed linen and towels. This service costs €25 per stay and you will have to notify me at least one week in advance. Armored door, radiator heating, this type of heating is very pleasant because they do not stir the air or make noise. Air conditioning throughout the apartment, except for the bathroom, washing machine, 42-inch Smart TV, 500 Mb FIBER OPTIC internet connection, WIFI router, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and safe with numeric key. In the photos you can't see the washing machine because it is integrated into a kitchen cabinet, but that washing machine was damaged and I had to replace it with a new one, this new washing machine can be seen, but the finish is in stainless steel and is in tune with the decoration of the apartment. Very quiet, there is no noise from cars or people on the street, perfect for rest. The apartment has a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, orange juicer, iron, hair dryer, toaster, pots and pans, cocktail and champagne wine glasses, dishes and cutlery. Everything is practically brand new. Hygiene and your well-being have become my priority. Guest access The entire apartment.
