This unique 300 sqm flat, located on the 4th and 5th floor (no lift) of a historic palazzo in the heart of Venice, offers a grandiose blend of size, style and sumptuousness. The entrance of the flat is located on the fourth floor of the historic building, which has no lift, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a spacious entrance hall with a corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms, located on the lower floor, and a wide, luxurious wooden designer staircase leading to the upper level, the real pearl of the flat. There are three bedrooms: one with two single beds that can be joined if necessary, a second bedroom with a double bed and the third with a French bed. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with bidet and bathtub/shower. The rooms are equipped with fine furniture and objects to be discovered during your stay and boast unique views over the pretty canals of Venice, furrowed by the characteristic gondolas. The upper level of the flat houses a large and bright living room of about 60 sq. m., with splendid large arched windows, from which you can observe a unique view of St. Mark's Bell Tower. From here you can access the outdoor terrace: a typical Venetian altana recently renovated, equipped with table and chairs, which will give you a truly incredible 360-degree view of the magical city of Venice, at any time of day. Also on the upper floor is the small music room, which houses a splendid piano, a corner in which to enjoy an extraordinary moment of relaxation. Also on the upper floor is the eat-in kitchen, equipped with a hob, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a service bathroom. Guest access The house is private for guests. Other things to note We are pleased to provide our baby guests with a cot, which we rent for a small extra charge. This is subject to availability, which our team will be able to confirm to you prior to your arrival at the flat. We would also like to inform you that: - At check-in you will be asked to show the identity documents of all guests, as required by Italian law. - Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance in order to organise a smooth check-in. - Check-ins after 20:00 are available if previously agreed with our team and incur the following additional charges from 20:00 to 24:00 >> 50 € - Visitor's tax is not included in the price paid on Airbnb, you must pay it in cash on arrival. It is 4 € per person per day and applies for the first 5 days of your stay. Children from 0 to 9 years are exempt, those from 10 to 16 years have a 50% reduction on the tax.
