FREE UNDERGROUND PARKING The space This new boutique-apartment has a unique architectural design, due to the interesting cubic, faceted shapes of the walls and the tall geometrical ceiling. Moreover, the housing complex, Chiville, has won the “Collective Housing” section award at the 2021 National Architecture Biennale. Everything but the bathroom and the balcony is open space. The bedroom area is separate, but HAS NO DOOR. Our flat is best suitable for 2 or 3 adults or a family of 2 adults and 2 kids! The couch in the living room is double XL size (140/200 cm), but the dining table is quite small, being suitable for 3 persons. In case you are a family with 2 adults and 2 kids, we will accommodate your second kid for free ! Our nest consists of: • 1 bedroom (queen size bed 160/200cm , smart tv with HBO MAX included, closets, nightstands) • 1 fully-fitted kitchen with a small dining space (oven, induction hob, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, AC) • 1 small living room (double XL size sofa 140/200cm, smart tv with HBO max & TV programs, 2 coffee tables, full body mirror) • 1 bathroom (with elegant rain shower cabin, essentials) • 1 open-air loggia balcony (coffee table, chair and bench, Tampa and the Citadel side view and the symbol of our house : the monkey, a Feng Shui animal that uplifts the energy of the area where it is placed) We love plants and we believe in their magical properties! We took care of this aspect for our guests: - we have aloe vera in the bedroom, because it’s one of the few plants that also releases oxygen during the night, and not only during the day. So you are going to sleep like a baby 🤍 - we have an evergreen fir tree on the balcony, because it’s the symbol of our city, we can decorate it on Christmas time without having to buy a cut one and we love its distinctive refreshing scent - in our living room we have 3 other plants which make our space more attractive, reduce stress and, of course, have a lot of benefits for our health. Furthermore, all our windows face a street with almost no traffic, so the air is unpolluted and it’s so quiet that you can hear the birds singing! Guest access We offer you a FREE underground parking place with access via remote controlled barrier ( you will receive the remote at the property, along with the keys ). There is an ELEVATOR/ LIFT at the property Other things to note “Uptown Monkey” is situated in a newly built residencial complex (finished in 2020), the ONLY ONE in Braşov that has a natural park (with alleys, sports fields, children's playgrounds, rest areas, kiosks, cable car and mountain trails of varying degrees of difficulty), a hypermarket, farmers market, a school, a hospital and a bus station no more than 500 meters away! The complex is equipped with general video surveillance system.
