PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK. Zen Lian Private Resort is a 2-story house with 2 nipa huts (5 pax per nipa ) that can fit 25 people. It only takes than two minutes to reach Lian Beach. Floating Raft (Balsa ) is available upon request for Php 3000. Island hoping/ snorkeling via Aqua boat for PHP 250-350 per head for 2 hours maximum of 10 pax. We only charge PHP 500.00 for using LPG per day. The Resort has free Wifi and Netflix. The space The house has Swimming Pool and only a minute away from the beach where you can enjoy a floating raft and swim with fishes.
