The most comfortable linens and finishes make the apartment as luxurious as a 5 star hotel. 2 flat screen TV's, wifi, free long distance, modern and kitchen and bath. This is a spacious, light filled, one bedroom apartment with a king bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for those days when you don't want to dine at any of the wonderful neighborhood restaurants. This apartment will not disappoint even the most discerning traveler. Please note the apartment is in a building without an elevator and guests must walk up one flight of stairs. It is on a quiet residential street. The location could not be better! The apartment is a few blocks WEST of Broadway, so it is very easy access to downtown, Eastlake, and I-5. Other things to note Check in is at 4pm. Check out at 11am. Early check ins may be possible. $25 check in fee for arrivals after 10pm. Three night minimum on weekends unless it's a last minute stay or in cases where lesser nights are available. Over holiday and event weekends I require a four night stay unless it's a last minute reservation or I have the lesser nights available. A portable AC is provided in the summer for the rare Seattle days when required. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. We also disinfect between each stay. Parking is available for $12/nt or $300/month and must be booked in advance. Please note that we have fewer parking spaces than units and we may not have parking available.
