Lost, damaged: Lost of a key 500 Baht, stained linens (pillowcases, sheets, duvet cover) 800 Baht per piece, stained towels 300 Baht per piece, damaged swimming ring 1000 Baht per piece, any damage to any other facilities or items in the house will be charged accordingly. 8. Description of responsibilities: The performance and safety of each facility is checked with you when you check in.The Host shall not be liable for any personal safety issues that occur to the Guest during the stay. /Tips for travel itineraries/ The nearby Orchid Resort Phuket Orchid Resort (200 meters from the villa) can be booked if you book your own airport transfer and day trips only from the hotel.
