The home is in a green location, a cottage in a big garden with spacious rooms and easily accessible with station,market, university main Pune city and the business areas and many restaurants close by and transport facility available. Net facilities and information help available as and when required. Pleasant surroundings and an opportunity to hear Indian classical music. The space There are three spacious bedrooms in the cottage with two beds in each room which though single beds can easily be made into a double bed. There is a common verandah with two modern bathrooms and are near the bedrooms. There is an open space in front of the cottage where you can sit in the morning and soak up the sun. There is a big natural fruit garden with tall trees and a temple in the premise and during festival you will get the taste of typical hindu culture and their traditions. It's fairly quiet as the area is residential and the road is easily accessible with many eateries giving different types of food as well as sweet shops . The University is 2 kms away ..the famous Pune University with the IUCAA the astro physics centre as well as the botanical garden. Another shopping centre with malls and modern shops is just 2 kms in the opposite direction an a typical Indian market called khadki market is also a short distance away. Uber is easily available. breakfast will be made available by thai restaurant which is just a 5 minutes walk. There is a Korean restaurant and many Indian eateries supplying even home delivery. Uber is available easily for transport. The house is just five to eight miles away from the main city, station is just about two kilometers way...rickshaw is easily available for transport. Guest access There is a wifi facility, and yoga and meditation can be taught... I have 7years experience in Yoga and have done 8 yrs of Vedanta. Other things to note This is a place full of trees and is peaceful and promotes positive vibrations, simplicity with care is the motto. Vey good for researchers and the intellectuals as well as writers and peacelovers...but at the same time it can be lively and full of fun too . Can also teach some yoga and ther is a temple with old painting you can see .
