The house is only 400 meters from the beach in Marina with 300 m² of living space incl. The space The popular sandy beach Morro Branco with its unique washed-out rock formations is about 400 meters away. The area around Marina is very quiet and regularly visited by tourists, so there are numerous bars and restaurants on the beach or in the village. Pets in the property are ONLY allowed by arrangement with the homeowner! Guest access All parts of the vacation home are at your disposal - there is a 20% discount for bookings of 7 days or more. Airbnb can only allow 16 guests, but up to 20 people can stay in the house. However, this must be agreed with the hostess and is subject to an additional charge! 150 reais per guest Pets are generally allowed at an extra cost, but must be clarified with the hostess! 250 reais per pet You will receive directions 48 hours after booking.
