Trillium Acres Cottage

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation. The space Trillium Acres cottage is a small but warm inviting space. An open concept, the living room and kitchen welcome you as you step into the house. Partially divided from the main living area is the bedroom, with a sliding glass door that steps out onto a small patio. The bathroom and laundry rooms are off the bedroom. The spacious covered front deck and small back patio encourage one to step outside and enjoy nature. Primarily surrounded by woods there are neighboring houses nearby, they are barely visible in the summer due to the foliage. Trillium Acres Hilltop is also located on the property and shares the driveway. The cottage has its own parking. Pets are welcome! We do ask that dogs are leashed when outside and they should be listed on the reservation. We often walk by with our leashed cats outside. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and use of the property. Other things to note There is the owners private office in the building with a separate entrance. The space is not shared. Trillium Acres Cottage can accommodate 4 guests at the listed rate. Additional guests are not allowed. The Cottage is pet friendly for dogs and cats. Be sure to list the number of pets in your booking. There is a $50 pet fee for up to 2 pets for your stay. If you plan to bring more than 2 pets or pets other than cats or dogs contact us before booking. Pets MUST be on leash at all times when outside.
