Scenic close to water/forest in cozy rooms

Do you need to relax in a quiet environment close to the forest and a nice swimming area? We have a total of 18 lovely rooms, a huge garden, a wild meadow and beautiful views of the water. You can cook your own meals here. Prices are calculated based on the number of people you book for and based on 2 people sleeping in the same room. Single room is available at an extra cost. Check in between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. The alcohol policy does not invite noise and partying, but it is okay to have a glass of wine or beer with your food. WiFi everywhere. The space On a daily basis, the place is a course center for personal development, There is a cozy atmosphere whether you come alone or with a group. We offer 18 very inviting rooms with access to 7 bathrooms/toilets in the hallway. 1 bathroom is very large and handicapped-friendly and equipped with a lift. You always have access to one of our shared combined kitchen and living room with oven, stove, dishwasher, large fridge, service for 20 people, kettle and coffee machine. But no freezer. In our kitchen on the first floor, it is a little more spartan and there is no dishwasher. In our rooms with kitchens, you can enjoy the sofas and eat at a dining table. Or outside in our courtyard, if the weather allows. If you come in a group of 10 or more, we can often offer you one of our room corridors and a kitchen/living room for yourselves. Write to us and ask if it is possible. If you come with more than 16 people, you should know that Airbnb does not allow us to book more than 16, but we actually have room for 33 people in total. Write to us and we will help you. In all kitchens and common areas, there is waste sorting. We are sure that, like us, you understand the huge importance of all of us going the extra mile to sort waste in detail. There are bins for plastic, metal, glass, residual waste and food waste. Thank you for doing your best to help. Guest access When you come here as a guest, you have access to our entire huge garden. The place is best suited for adults and older children who can move around on their own. We have hammocks that you are welcome to lie in (however, they are not for playing in, so you will get a scolding :-) if you swing in them). We have a huge wild meadow, which is so beautiful and you are very welcome to pick a bouquet. We have a fire hut and you are welcome to use it, as long as you bring your own firewood. We have a teaching department with classrooms and a hall and a huge kitchen, which we often lock because we have people who rent only in these premises. Otherwise, we do not lock doors and trust our guests. Here on site, our guests are happy to help us by simply removing the bed linen after use and throwing it in one of our bags. Before you leave your room, we ask you to take off your used bedding and put it in the bag in the hallway. But not the bottom sheet. Thank you for your help. And they also help by emptying the dishwasher in the common areas. We often get praise for having a homely and cozy atmosphere far away from dry hotel concepts and standard solutions. Instead, we often hear that we are a unique course center with heart warmth. You are surrounded by rolling fields and overlooking the water from our sunset benches outside the place. Smoking is outside in designated areas. In short, you are very welcome to be here, respecting that we try to make the place beautiful, take care of it and that the place functions daily as a course center for personal development. During your stay We live in a separate house next to the place and therefore we are often nearby if you need our help Other things to note Every Friday at 9:00 a.m. and every Tuesday at 5:15 p.m. there is dancing with Signe where all adults are welcome. It's free to join. It is possible to book an appointment in our infrared sauna for a fee. At the reception, there is a refrigerator with drinks. Feel free to have a drink. And then we will be so happy for a donation, as we are saving up for a heat pump, so we can heat up without Russian gas for the winter. You can make a donation via mobilepay or put money in the box on the counter for the purpose. Perhaps it is also good to know that the reason we do not accept pets is because we want to take care of our guests with allergies. Sometimes we are asked if you can buy breakfast and other meals. Once in a while, we say yes when it fits into our other arrangements. So you can ask. We may also offer it :-) We have check-in between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and it is not possible to check in after this.
