Our private detached apartment is a quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay. We have a comfy queen bed, a full kitchen, filtered water, bottled water, coffee, tea and snacks, TV and Wi-Fi. The beach, shopping and restaurants are a short walk away. The space Spacious detached loft apartment in the beautiful, charming beach community of Summerland, California, 5 miles south of downtown Santa Barbara and 5 miles north of Carpinteria. The apartment has a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. We have a hairdryer and extra toiletries in the bathroom, just in case you forget something. And we have an iron and ironing board and beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a cooler and ice packs for you to use during your stay. Walk to Lookout Park and Summerland Beach, as well as Summerland's many restaurants, antique, home decor and design shops. The very popular Summerland Beach Cafe serves great breakfasts and lunch. The Nugget is not only our local watering hole but both Presidents Reagan and Clinton ate there. Tinkers is a good burger place with an extensive menu to grab a quick bite. Red Kettle Coffee is tiny, charming and has really great espresso and pastries and a backpatio. The latest addition to Summerland is Field and Fort, high end home decor and an easy, casual place for breakfast and lunch. We are happy to help you find the perfect restaurants! " We have a hot tub on the property but it is not insured for guest use, so please do not use the hot tub. Thank you. Please note that as of January 1, 2025 Santa Barbara County is charging us a 14% transient occupancy tax which is imposed on bookings less than 30 consecutive days as well as a 2 percent gross revenue fee implemented July 2022. These taxes are reflected in the price. Other things to note Check out is 10:00 AM please.
