Perfectly located just a short stroll from the stunning waterfront in popular Cardiff Bay, our spacious townhouse boasts 3 good sized bedrooms all with double-beds, modern en-suites and hotel-quality fresh linens and towels for each guest. The open-plan living area is great for socialising, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, comfy seating area, and balcony for guests to enjoy. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles in front of the garage. The space Level 1 - ‘The Entrance Hallway’ Through the front door and porch is the entrance hallway which is home to a washing machine and other handy items for guests to use like an ironing board and iron. Level 2 – ‘The Living Area’ The fully equipped modern kitchen comes with a heated floor, inbuilt oven and fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and more cooking utensils, alongside other essentials such as pots, pans, oven dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses etc. There are even a few cookbooks – just in case. Split from the kitchen by a stylish breakfast bar, the rest of the level features a dining area - with six matching chairs for the table - and a lounge area with two armchairs and a sofa to enjoy the complimentary Netflix or classic board games. Off this area is a small balcony with seating where guests can enjoy the fresh air, as well as a Juliet balcony next to the breakfast bar. Conveniently located along the hallway which leads to the open-plan living area is a modern toilet. Level 3 – ‘The Bedrooms’ The large modern en suite to the ‘Master’ bedroom features heated floors, bath and walk-in shower, while the bedroom itself has large windows as well as a Juliet balcony overlooking the tree-lined street and grassy area below. Both bedrooms boast double-beds, while the second bedroom similarly has a Juliet balcony and walk-in shower in its modern en suite. Level 4 – ‘The Penthouse’ The ‘Penthouse’ offers stunning views through tall ceiling-high windows across Cardiff Bay to the Penarth cliffs. The modern en suite features a shower. All beds are freshly made with hotel-quality linens, alongside a bath and hand towel for each guest. Outside – ‘The Outside’ Located close to the waterfront in Cardiff Bay, our guests benefit from access to private parking spots in front of the garage, directly beneath the living space (garage is pictured, although the garage is locked and unfortunately not accessible). We have a neighbour to our immediate left, while there are residential spaces across a tree-lined grassy area to the right. The rest of the building behind is taken up by businesses (you won’t hear them) while there is a young school in front (you may hear them on weekdays at playtime). **Locked - There are locked cupboards in both bedrooms on Level 3 – there is still ample cupboard storage in both rooms for guests. - One room, not pictured, houses some personal belongings so is locked and not accessible to guests. Guests will not be disturbed during their stay. Guest access Access is via a lockbox located near the front entrance.
